As always with HotelsT, the origins and history of the building are at the heart of the rooms’ design. The Hôtel de la Zoologie in Bordeaux is no exception to the rule, creating a relaxing and warm atmosphere. The bamboo floors in the Botany wing and the exposed walls of the Zoology wing refer to the different sciences studied in the past at the Institute of Zoology.

The high ceiling rooms of the Hotel de la Zoologie feature a modern and refined design blending perfectly with the stone walls of the former Institute of Zoology.

The hotel has a total of 40 rooms, 2 of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility and a duplex suite.

The Botany wing is the smallest, it includes the 2 rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility, as well as the duplex suite with a terrace on the roof. It also includes a classic room with a surface area of 25 m².

The rooms with easy access for people with reduced mobility measure about 25 m² and the suite about 45 m². The entire Botany wing is in a modern glazed extension and covered by a green wall.

The Zoology wing is the largest, with 28 rooms of a similar size of approximately 25 m² with high ceilings. All the rooms in this wing overlook at the Cours de la Marne and Place André Meunier, our double glazing windows and wooden elegant shutters totally protect you from noise and light. These rooms also each offer a small private terrace overlooking at the garden of the Hôtel de la Zoologie.

The Geology wing includes eight rooms, with a surface area of approximately 25 m². These rooms overlook at the garden and all have a private loggia of seven sq. meters.
