A real living space open to La Zoologie hotel’s clientele as well as to the inhabitants of the city of Bordeaux, a cozy and atypical bar invites to relax over a coffee, an aperitif, or a cocktail to end the evening on a creative note.

At each hour of the day, the space transforms to offer a different experience not far from downtown Bordeaux. It welcomes you for a business meeting with a view on the Cours de la Marne and the Place André Meunier, to taste a great wine in a relaxing setting, to enjoy a bewitching cocktail on the theme of the 7 deadly sins…

Fancy filling a small hunger rather than enjoying a full meal in our out-of-the-ordinary restaurant ? Head to the Botanicals wing. BANKSIA focuses on Mediterranean and spicy culinary wonders unearthed by our chef from small producers, then declined in the form of plates to share and aperitif boards.

Fresh and seasonal products, artisanal cheeses, organic vegetables, ceviches, dips… these exceptional products are to be tasted on the spot or to be found in the delicatessen which makes the charm of BANKSIA.

Opening hours of our dining cellar / delicatessen: Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm. Saturday from 3pm to 10pm.
