Here, no “starter-main-dessert” order. Dishes come out of the kitchen when they are ready, hot, and at their best. We share, we nibble, we reorder. Seasonal cooking rules everything: market products dictate the menu, not the other way around.

Directly accessible from the street, without going through the hotel, Le Banksia is open to everyone — La Zoologie guests or Bordelais in search of a good address. Just steps from Saint-Jean train station, it is also the ideal stop before a train or after a walk in the neighbourhood.
